Your training will include a combination of:
- Written assessments
- Simulated or real workplace tasks
- Practical observation
- 36 completed service periods
Service periods can be completed in:
- Your workplace (for trainees)
- A hospitality venue
- TIKI’s fully simulated environment
There is no mandatory vocational placement, but service periods are required to meet competency standard requirements.
